These terms govern your use of the www.thepottershouserylee.com website and your purchases, class bookings, and custom orders with The Potter’s House, a pottery studio and gift shop located in Crossfield, Alberta. By using our website or booking a class with us, you agree to these terms.

Bookings & Classes

Class and appointment bookings are made online through our booking system and are subject to availability. Please arrive on time for scheduled classes; late arrival may reduce your session time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to someone else.

Payments

Payment for classes, custom orders, and shop purchases is processed securely at the time of booking or purchase. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Custom Orders

Custom pottery orders are handmade to your specifications following an agreed quote and timeline. Because each piece is thrown and fired by hand, small variations in color, size, and glaze are normal and expected, not defects.

Studio Conduct

Pottery classes involve clay, glazes, and equipment such as pottery wheels and kilns. Please follow instructor guidance for your safety and the safety of others in the studio.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photos, text, and designs, belongs to The Potter’s House unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Potter’s House is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our website, studio, or products, to the extent permitted by law.
